Conditions for resolving as “No”

The market resolves as “No” if:

• no physical in-person meeting takes place on or before June 30, 2026, or
• only phone calls occur, or
• an online meeting / video conference takes place without physical presence, or
• intentions or preparations are announced without the meeting actually occurring.

The format of the meeting does not affect the outcome, provided the physical presence criterion is met.

2. Duration and outcomes

The duration, political outcomes, signing or non-signing of documents do not affect the result.

3. Status of the parties

A change in political office before the deadline does not affect the result if the meeting occurs between individuals holding the offices of President of Ukraine and President of the Russian Federation at the time of the meeting.
